Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, wrong, or not as described.

The product must be unused with all tags, accessories and original packaging.
Please record an unboxing video when opening your parcel — it helps us resolve claims quickly.
Some items (e.g. personal care, innerwear, opened cosmetics) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.

After we receive and inspect the item, refunds are sent to your bKash / Nagad / bank account or as store credit within 7 working days.
